my husbands brother is on his moms acct just to pay for things she needs she has another acct that
he is foreginig her name what can we do about this,

Additional Details:
they are both on the will as exectores? my husband just talkied to his brother and we have a
recording saying he signed his moms name.his mom still can sign her name he just dosent have the
patience what right does my husband have as of right now

You have a loaded situation here. You probably should talk to a conservatorship lawyer in mom's area to get that started. A conservator is needed to protect mom. I would probably petition for a 3rd party to be in charge to avoid a family fight. In terms of the phone recording it is illegal to record someone without their permission and thus you probably should keep that quiet. Good luck to you.
