My Mom and Dad put their house in trust to me. I signed paperwork after Dad passed away. Is there
any way Mom can sell the house and revoke the trust?

Additional Details:
Dad died 2009. Mom has not been right since then. We took her in (to the house in question because
she said she would NEVER want to set foot in there again) and then had opportunity to move to
Vermont. Now, apparently she has sold everything of ours and is trying to sell the house. I do not
know what to do.
